- •Guarantee admission to any college or institution
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including Live Class, materials, and resources provided through our Service, are the exclusive property of Admission Lele or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Admission Lele shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
